  • step 1

    Toast bread and slice banana. Layer banana on one slice of toast and dust with cinnamon. Spread the second slice with peanut butter, then sandwich the two together and eat straight away.

I know that it should be the most elementary of snacks....but for some reasons I haven't had it for years- finding it here by chance has given me an old new thing to eat mid afternoon!
