Breakfast smoothie
Make the most of the berry season with a glass of fruity goodness
- 200g porridge oats
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 500ml apple juice
- 4 applesgrated
- 200g blueberries

Method
step 1
Mix the porridge oats with the cinnamon in a large bowl. Stir in the apple juice and grated apples, then gently fold in the blueberries. Allow to stand for 5 mins before serving, or leave overnight and enjoy for breakfast the next day.

Really nice recipe, great alternative to standard porridge, although I'm not too sure which I prefer. Also like Joanne and a couple of other I left it in the fridge overnight and heated up in the morning. I will definitely make again! :-)
