Mezcal & verdita
Verdita has become a modern classic on the menus of tequila and mezcal bars. It's a shot of 'little green' served alongside a shot of mezcal, meant to be sipped side by side
Rim a coupette glass with salt and seaweed, if using. Fill a cocktail shaker with the ice and then add all the remaining ingredients. Shake well to combine, until the mixture is chilled. Double strain into the glass.
