- 1l cranberry juice
- good handful fresh or dried cranberries
- 150ml sloe gin
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 vanilla podsscored lengthways

Method
step 1
Put all the ingredients into your biggest saucepan or casserole dish. When you’re ready to serve, heat to just below simmering point, then ladle into glasses.

Hi, thanks for your question. You could make this a day or two in advance but would need to keep it in the fridge. We’d recommend not adding the sloe gin until you’re ready to reheat and serve. We hope this helps. Best wishes, BBC Good Food Team.

Great recipe. If you want to make a non-alcoholic version, just exchange the cider for a non-alc version like Kopparberg Pear Cider, and drop out the sloe gin. A great change to the standard mulled wine!
