  • 2 ripe kiwis

  • STEP 1
    Peel the kiwis and cut into thin slices
  • STEP 2
    Spread the mascarpone cheese over the rye bred
  • STEP 3
    place the kiwi slices on top of the cheese
  • STEP 4
    serve
