Air fryer crisps
Make your own crisps for a special snack, customised with your choice of seasonings – barbecue rub, garlic granules or paprika would all work well
Heat the oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4. Tip the broccoli onto large baking tray. Drizzle over the olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper, as well as the garlic and onion granules and sesame seeds, if using. Toss together well using your hands, then spread out into a single layer, spacing out the florets and stalk pieces evenly.
Bake for 25-30 mins, shaking the tray halfway through, until the broccoli is tender and crisp at the edges. Serve straightaway.
