- 2 tbsp porridge oats
- ½ lemonjuiced

Method
step 1
Tip all ingredients into a blender or smoothie maker and blitz until smooth, adding 50ml water or milk if it’s too thick.

Hi, yes these can be frozen either raw or cooked. If freezing raw you can cook straight from frozen, just add an extra 2-3 minutes to the baking time above (or until golden brown at the edges). We hope this helps. Best wishes, BBC Good Food Team.
