Method

  • step 1

    Put the blueberries, banana, yogurt, apple juice and mint, if using, in a blender and blitz until smooth. Add a splash of water if it seems too thick.

  • step 2

    Pour the smoothie into a tall glass with a glass straw to serve. Garnish with a sprig of mint, if you like.

Recipe tip

You can use coconut yogurt or another dairy-free alternative to make it vegan.

I made this without the yogurt, banana and mint and it was still delicious I used 100ml apple juice and 150 grams blueberries I don’t have a blender so I just squished the blueberries and apple juice in a plastic food bag with my hands and used a sieve to remove the bits 😋
