  • step 1

    Measure all the ingredients or use a tall glass for speed – they don’t have to be exact. Put them into a blender and blitz until smooth. Pour into 1 tall glass (you’ll have enough for a top up) or two short tumblers. Cut the passion fruit in half, if using, and scrape the seeds on top.

Perfect for fussy eaters! We used Asda coconut milk (free from fridge section), upped the mango to 160g and added a dash of maple syrup! So tasty!

Why is this made with 'fake' milk. Coconut milk is vey fattening and usually the cans contain loads of preservatives and additives. So why don't you put some effort in and write your own recipes. We're all going to die, so fake or real milk won't make a difference. Enjoy life and keep the wrinkles away. Peace.

Just made this smoothie,used coconut water instead of milk and for once had all the other ingredients.Soo good really creamy,just worried about the calories in it as it tastes too good to be healthy.Does anyone know the calories in this?

I signed up just to say how good this smoothie is! Delicious. I didn't have the yoghurt and my mango was fresh not frozen, but it worked perfectly, like mango cream and passion fruit was an awesome addition!
