- 600g green beans
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- juice ½ lemon
- 85g pecan, roughly chopped
Method
- STEP 1
Cook the beans in a large pan of boiling water for 3 mins. Drain and return to the pan. Drizzle over the maple syrup and lemon juice, season, then stir through the pecan nuts. Serve warm or cold.
