Spiced clementine mulled whisky
Make the most of clementines at Christmas and make this warming mulled whisky. It's perfect for winter nights when you come in from the cold
Put all the ingredients, except the ice, soda water and garnish, in a cocktail shaker. Shake for 1 min until the outside of the shaker feels cold.
Add a handful of ice to the shaker and shake again vigorously for 2 mins until foam begins to form – the long shake is key to a foamy finish.
Fill a tall glass with ice and pour in the soda water. Strain in the cocktail, then garnish with a dried orange slice.
