This recipe was rubbish. The pancakes were flat and very rubbery. Not even sprucing up the recipe with some candied plums and Bacon & bourbon infused maple syrup helped. Such a let down BBC GoodFood!

I made pancakes last night following your easy pancake recipe: 100 grams plain flour, 300 ml milk and two eggs. Pancakes were perfect. 70 grams flour to 100 ml milk will make a much thicker mix. So which is right?

The quantity of milk shown here (100ml) differs wildly to the quantity of milk shown in your Perfect Pancake and Easy Pancake recipes (300ml) shown elsewhere on the website - which is correct?
