    Method

    • step 1

Wrap the bacon around the chicken breast and put on a tray in the oven (190 degrees) until chicken is cooked. (Around 20-30 mins)
    • step 2

When cooked transfer into a small, deep dish - a bowl will do. Squirt the BBQ sauce all over the chicken then top with loads of grated cheese!!
    • step 3

Put back into the oven for 5 mins or untill cheese is melted and the bbq sauce is hot!
    • step 4

Eat and enjoy, goes well with potatoe wedges and brocolli!!

Always order this dish from a famous chain but never recreated it at home until now! Very delicious! Served along side onion rings, corn on the cob & fries.

What? I did 190 are you using Fahrenheit... Lol. I'm an amateur and this time was way way off. For those Americans that are using his recipe- 350? Maybe... Took a hell of a lot longer than 20 minutes.

it's 190 degrees Celsius (190*C). The BBC is based in the UK, as we regularly use Celsius. For those who prefer to use Fahrenheit, it's 374*F.
