Made per instructions and found it way too salty so I had to spread the paste very thin. I would alter the ratio of miso to tahini next time to hugely reduce the miso. I will try again as it was a nice way to add miso and sesame to a meal, and a different option for smoked salmon.

We created this dish using the recipe to the letter. It was awful. Extremely salty and totally masked the taste of the smoked salmon.

My partner loved this and gave it a 5. I used fresh brought salmon and made a stock out of the miso. I cooked the salmon with the miso stock in the oven (wrapped in foil) to add a little more flavour.

In other words, you made something completely different! You've given 5 stars to a recipe that you didn't follow 🤷
