Method

  • step 1

    Put the red cabbage in a large bowl with the seeds and toss to combine.

  • step 2

    Make the dressing by mixing all the remaining ingredients together in a small bowl or jug. Pour the dressing over the cabbage and seeds, and serve immediately.

I think this is a brilliant, fresh coleslaw salad - the seeds add extra crunch and interest, the dressing is lovely. This is one of my favourites

A bit bland. I added sultanas and left overnight to pickle.

Still bland so I added salt, juice of half a lemon and a teaspoon of caraway seeds in the morning. Would make again with extra bits.
