question

I can’t get this to set? What am I doing wrong? Does it need to be super whisked?

Was too bitter for my liking and was still a liquid type consistency, won’t be making again.

Hi, thanks for your question. Butter that is melted and cooled (but still liquid) should work although please note we haven't tested this. We hope this helps. Best wishes, BBC Good Food Team.

My family seem to really like it, though too bitter for my liking. I imagine you could make this sweet by adding more maple syrup or using cocoa powder instead of cacao powder.

They only wrote “cacao” because it was fashionable at the time.
