First, prepare your dough my combining the wet and dry ingredients. Once you have a rough dough, transfer to a lightly floured surface. Fold and knead the dough for about ten minutes using one of our pro techniques. Once the dough is smooth, transfer to a bowl and leave it to rise, then knock it back, knead again and prove once more.
