3 ways with healthy and delicious overnight oats

1. Carrot cake

  • Stir together 50g oats, ¼ tsp cinnamon, a pinch of mixed spice, 1 grated carrot, a pinch of salt and 150ml water.
  • Cover and chill overnight.
  • The next day, stir in 1 tsp honey and 1 tsp sultanas. Top with 1 tbsp Greek yogurt to serve.

2. Peanut butter & berry

  • Stir together 50g oats, a pinch of salt, 80g frozen raspberries and 150ml water.
  • Cover and chill overnight.
  • The next day, add 1 tsp maple syrup and 1 tbsp peanut butter.

3. Kiwi & passion fruit

  • Stir together 50g oats, a pinch of salt and 150ml water.
  • Cover and chill overnight.
  • The next day, take out half of the oats. Layer 20g coconut yogurt, 2 sliced kiwis, the pulp of 1 passion fruit and the rest of the oats, then sprinkle with mixed seeds.
