Ingredients
- 2 cups (x250ml) oat flakes
- 0,5 cup all purpose flour
- 1 t.s. baking powder
- cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- app.80g sugar (to taste)
- 1 egg
- 1 big apple, sliced
Method
- STEP 1Mix oats with milk and egg, add flour and soda, salt, cinnamon and sugar. Mix well, let it stand for 10 minutes.
- STEP 2Butter a form, transfer the batter into it, sprinkle with cinnamon, put apples on top and dust with some sugar.
- STEP 3Bake at 175C about 30 minutes
