- 100g Custard Powder
- 200g Softened Butter
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp milk
- 140g Caster Sugar
- 100g self raising flour
- TO ICE THE BUNS
- 150g Icing sugar
- hundards and thousands
Method
- STEP 1Heat the oven to 180C/160C fan and place 12 paper cases inoi a muffin tray.
- STEP 2Beat the custard powder with the butter eggs and milk, then stir in the suagr and fold in the sifted flour. Spoon into the cases.
- STEP 3Make for 20 mins. Leave to cool completley.
- STEP 4Mix the icing sugar with about 3 tbsp water to form a thick paste.
