  • 4 dates
  • 3 tablespoons raw cacao powder mixed with 3 tablespoons water
  • 3 teaspoons non-alcohol vanilla extract

    Method

    • step 1

      In a food processor or high speed blender blend apples until you reach a crumbly consistency.
    • step 2

      Add all other ingredients.
    • step 3

      Dehydrate at 42 degrees Celsius (108 degrees Fahrenheit) for 8-10 hours, or overnight, until dry.
