- 3/4 cauliflower cut into florets
- 4 sweet potatoes
- 4 walnuts
- 1 teaspoon linseed
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 4 tablespoons of hemp seed
- 1 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt and some pepper
- 1 teaspoon of finely chopped ginger
- 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 cup of almond juice
Method

Cook the cauliflower and sweet potatoes in 750ml of water Put in the blender as soon as they are softenedstep 2
Finely chop the walnuts and hemp seed in a chopper Add this to the cauliflower and sweet potato mixture Storystep 3
