- 300g fresh scottish broad kelp,
Method
- STEP 1wash the kelp in cold water
- STEP 2soak in fresh water for 5 - 10 mins
- STEP 3cut the kelp into crisp size pieces
- STEP 4place on a baking tray (no grease or oil)
- STEP 5place in a hot oven at 200/fan 220/gass 6
- STEP 6for 10 mins
- STEP 7the kelp will turn green then brown ,
- STEP 8remove from oven when crisp
- STEP 9serve hot or cold
