- 300g fresh scottish broad kelp
Method
step 1
wash the kelp in cold waterstep 2
soak in fresh water for 5 - 10 minsstep 3
cut the kelp into crisp size piecesstep 4
place on a baking tray (no grease or oil)step 5
place in a hot oven at 200/fan 220/gass 6step 6
for 10 minsstep 7
the kelp will turn green then brown ,step 8
remove from oven when crispstep 9
serve hot or cold
