  • 20 Fresh Chillies
  • 4 Garlic Closes
  • 200g of Sugar
  • White Wine Vinegar

    Method

    • step 1

      Chop up the chilli and garlic.
    • step 2

      Stir the sugar into 250ml of cold water, and place on a high heat. Bring to the boil, add the chilli, garlic, and a dash of white wine vinegar before allowing to simmer for 10-15 minutes.
