Ingredients
- 150g SR Flour (Gluten free)
- 25g Ground Almonds
- 175g Caster Sugar
- 175g Stork Margarine
- Teaspoon of Baking Powder (Gluten free)
- 3 Large Eggs
- 3 Tablespoons Orange Marmalade
- 3 Tablespoons Orange Marmalade for glazing
- Icing Sugar and water for drizzle
Method
- STEP 1Mix all ingredients together with a spoon then whisk with an electric whisk until fluffy
- STEP 2Place into a greased paper baking tin
- STEP 3Bake at 160 fan for 40-45 minutes
- STEP 4When cooked heat 3 tablespoons of marmalade and a tablespoon of water. Brush into cake. Leave to cool
- STEP 5Make the drizzle by mixing the icing sugar with water until quite runny. Drizzle over the cake
