- 175g Plain flour
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 100g Sugar
- 100g Margarine
- 3 Bananas, mashed
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1 tsp Bicarbonate of soda
Method
step 1
Cream the margarine and sugar until they are light and fluffy.step 2
Mix in the eggs and bananas.step 3
Add the flour and baking powder.step 4
Add the milk and bicarbonate of soda. Stir well.step 5
Pour into a greased cake tin and bake for 45 minutes at 180C
