  • 1/2 Broccoli
  • 3 Carrots
  • 1 Aubergine
  • 1 Courgette
  • 250 g frozen Prawns
  • 50 g Green Curry paste
  • 500 ml Coconut Milk
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Lemon grass
  • 1 fresh Chilli
  • 6 cherry tomatoes halfed

    Method

    • step 1

      Cut all the vegatables in cubes
    • step 2

      Heat the oil in the pan and add the curry paste. Make sure you cook it for about 2 minutes
    • step 3

      Add the coconut milk and stear until it turns in a nice sauce. Then add all the cut vegetable, chilli, whole lemon grass and the prawns
