Ingredients

  • ice
  • 50ml Italian-style apéritif (such as Aperol)
  • 50ml cherry liqueur
  • 25ml triple sec
  • 1 maraschino cherry plus 1 tsp of the syrup from the jar (or use 1 tsp sugar syrup)
  • prosecco, for topping up

Method

  • STEP 1

    Drop an ice cube into a champagne flute, then pour in the apéritif, cherry liqueur, triple sec and maraschino cherry syrup.

  • STEP 2

    Top up with prosecco, then garnish with the cherry.
