Ingredients
- A few handfuls of ice cubes
- 50ml El Jimador Blanco
- 25ml fresh lime juice
- 20ml agave syrup
- 1 lime wedge or wheel, to serve
Method
- STEP 1
Fill a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice cubes and add the ingredients except the lime wedge. Shake well until the outside of the shaker feels cold. Strain into a tumbler filled with ice and serve with a lime wedge or wheel to garnish if you like.
