Method
step 1
Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6 and slice the sweet potato thinly. Toss with the olive oil and roast for 15-20 mins until crisp. Leave to cool.

It won’t work because of shrinkage, you need to get the starch out

Just wondering how 1 serve is 70 calories when the oil is around 90 cals and the sweet potatoe around 60 ?
