  • step 1

    Whizz the berries, yogurt and milk together with a stick blender until smooth. Stir through the porridge oats, then pour into 4 glasses and serve with a drizzle of honey, if you like.

i added half of all the ingredients and it still was a lot! it was very thick so i added double the milk! its more of an acai bowl texture! i put regular plain yogurt in instead and it tastes so much better! love it

I used fresh berries, vegan coconut yog, swapped the milk for half apple juice half water. Tasty 😊

Defrost the berries overnight and soak the oats in the yogurt overnight before preparing the smoothie. I used Asda's forest fruits mix and the consistency is very thick. Delicious and refreshing, though personally had to use a lot more milk to make it a drinkable consistency.

Easy recipe, used frozen mixed berries, coconut yogurt, no oats or honey, but my blender had the remains of powdered almonds. Scaled back recipe to make 1 smoothie.
