Put the ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth. Drink straight away or pour into a bottle to drink on the go. Will keep in the fridge for a day.

Lovely and super easy to make as long as you have a good blender. Wouldn’t really say it filled me up until lunch but I do burn a lot of calories in the morning. Would be lovely on a summer morning when it’s too hot for breakfast especially before a run as it’s high in carbs.
