I used mango juice instead of orange juice it was delicious

That's quite a lot of sugar for a healthy smoothie yet didn't have the sweeter taste I was hoping for and what a faff hulling all those strawberries first thing in the morning. I might have to start prepping these juices the night before. 😆

Is it healthy to have that much sugar in it?

Hi, thanks for your question. You can read our guide 'How much sugar per day?' for more information on sugar intake (bbcgoodfood.com/howto/guide/how-much-sugar-should-i-eat). We hope this helps. Best wishes, BBC Good Food Team.
