Does anyone know how long mint sauce will keep for? I too have a glut and would like to keep some over the winter when the mint leaves are not so young and fresh.

Bingo

tip

Simple mint sauce. Try white wine vinegar or rice vinegar for it is less acidic and children might like it because it is milder.

I have a glut of mint in the garden, and wondered if mint sauce can be made and kept, and if so for how long?

Really easy. Whizzed it up last minute to serve with 7 hour lamb and dauphinoise potatoes.
