      In a jam jar or blender, combine the maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, sunflower oil, sesame oil, lime juice, hot sauce, fish sauce and garlic. Shake or blend to emulsify, and season to taste. Will keep chilled for up to five days.

    I used this on finely sliced kale, mixed with grated carrot and cashews and it lasted in the fridge for several days - delicious

    Gorgeous! Made a simple noodle salad & added Chinese leaf, sweetcorn, jarred red pepper, red onion, cucumber, raw broccoli. Mixed the dressing through then topped with sliced chicken & a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Perfect 👌
