Method

  • step 1

    Mix the vermouth and gin together and chill or store in a bottle if making ahead. If you have room in your fridge or freezer, chill your Champagne glasses, too.

  • step 2

    When your guests are due to arrive, spoon ½ tsp icing sugar into 8 Champagne glasses. Pour over the vermouth mixture, mix with a spoon and add the frozen raspberries. Top up with the sparkling wine just before serving.

I figured out how much mixture you put per glass. Roughly 2 ounces mixture with 187.5ml (6.34oz) Prosecco 350ml Rosso + 150ml Gin = 500ml mixture divided by 8 glasses = 62.5ml which is 2.11oz
