Method

  • step 1

    Heat the oil in a large frying pan, then stir- fry the chicken for about 3 mins, until golden.

  • step 2

    Throw in the garlic and pepper and cook for 2 mins more. next, add the spring onions, beansprouts, noodles, sauce and 5 tbsp water and toss everything together for a final 2 mins cooking. Serve immediately.

RECIPE TIPS
DIFFERENT MEAT

You can vary this stir-fry with a 200g pack of pork or turkey strips. Stir-fry the meat in hot oil for 3 mins until golden, then finish the recipe as before.

DELICIOUS! Made this for tea for the first time and it went down a storm. It tasted as goodif not better than our usual takeaway. My son said he wants to make it for himself as it was so so easy. Will be making this again for definite. This is a quick easy dish to make.

simple and tasty. i added chilli and used a bag of pepper stir fry. which was nice.

Great recipe. I added some chilli and ginger for extra kick and a few other vegetables I had around. I also tried using diced beef instead of the chicken and it worked wonderfully.
