Method
step 1
Make porridge with semi-skimmed milk according to the packet instructions.
step 2
Top with fat-free Greek yogurt, sliced banana and roughly chopped hazelnuts, and drizzle with honey.

Here's my recipe for the old prison favourite:
"Quaker" JUMBO porridge oats and no other- for real texture and nuttiness. Good squeeze of pouring honey, Good handful of sultanas Heaped tablespoonful dessicated coconut. Good pinch ground sea salt Big grind of ground pepper.

This is a really good breakfast. I love porage and I love honey on it so to have banana added to it too - it's delicious

Great way to start the day! Used mixed nuts instead of hazelnuts and it worked just as well.

Dear LindaSi (6th Jan) YUK!!!!! this is horrible - give me the above recipie any day, milk, nuts and fruit are the best way to go it's a meal in itself, loads of vitamins, minerals and protien to kickstart the day. They reckon you should breakfast like a king.
