These were delicious and so quick and easy to prepare. My children loved the beef skewers and the cucumber salad got wolfed down too. I only added half a medium red chilli to the dressing and next time I might add more vinegar and soy, plus seasoning.

So tasty and Easy. I have used this recipe time and time again. The cucumber salad keeps it nice and fresh. I don't cook the skewers for quite as long as the recipe states as I like it to be nice and pink :)

Amazing- easy to make and have even tried the beef with different sauces (like terriyaki- would recommend) the cucumber salad makes it and I have also used this salad with other dishes!
