Method

  • step 1

    Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of just simmering water or in the microwave in 10-second blasts until melted.

  • step 2

    Carefully break the pretzels in half so they look like antlers and lay them on a tray lined with baking parchment so they’re quite close together. Then, using two forks, dip and coat each oreo in the chocolate to coat it completely. Lift it out, allowing any excess chocolate to drip off and place on baking parchment on top of two pieces of broken pretzel to resemble antlers. Pop two candy eyes on and a mini red chocolate bean to look like a nose. Leave to set on the tray for a couple of hours. Will keep for a week in an airtight container.
