I made this in my nutribullet with frozen blueberries and a small piece of ginger approx thumbnail size and it was amazing! Will definitely make it again!

I really enjoyed this recipe with a few modifications/tips. Use a sweet apple like pink lady (I didn't bother peeling) Wash the beetroot really well (also didn't peel those) Add ginger to taste (2cm cube works for me) Add ice along with the water. For me this serves 2 Having an excellent blender…
