Negroni mocktail
Make an alcohol-free version of the classic negroni cocktail, with grape juice and a syrup made from grapefruit, coriander and cardamon pods
Pour the gin, vermouth, Campari and grapefruit juice into a cocktail shaker or jug filled with ice. Stir well until the mixture is fully combined and the outside of the shaker or jug feels cold.
Strain into a tumbler filled with ice and garnish with a grapefruit wedge to serve.
