Method
step 1
Brew 30ml espresso, then leave to cool slightly. Slowly pour over a large glass of tonic water with plenty of ice. Garnish with a lime wedge, if you like, before serving.

Very refreshing and different way of serving espresso and tonic water - worth a try if you like coffee and tonic water as separate drinks. (But might be an acquired taste if you are not keen on coffee or tonic water separately!)
