  • step 1

    Fill a tumbler with ice, then pour over the elderflower liqueur.

Not bad, but the cordial cuts through too much. I used Beefeater gin, San Leo Prosecco, Belvoir Elderflower Cordial, Waitrose club soda and a single large cube of ice. Doubled the measure of the soda to trim off the cordial.

Really refreshing. I used half the syrup. Added a slice of lemon & sprig of fresh mint
