Method

  • step 1

    Stir the jam to loosen, then tip into a cocktail shaker along with the gin, lemon juice and a handful of ice. Shake until the outside of the shaker feels cold. Strain into a chilled glass to serve.

so good only id add lemonade to top it up and leave out the lemon juice even because it’s too sweet on its own
