Method

  • step 1

    Tip all of the ingredients into a large bowl with a big pinch of salt and pepper and mix well. Cover and chill for at least a few hours, but preferably overnight.

  • step 2

    Heat the grill or a barbecue to high. Thread the chicken pieces onto four metal skewers, packing the pieces in so they're all touching. Put onto a baking tray under the grill, or onto the grills of the barbecue and cook for 4-5 mins, until charred, then flip and repeat.

Made this for my family of four, and wanted two days extra to go into packed lunches so did 5 chicken breasts altogether and it was delicious. Used natural yogurt as I didn't have greek. Tikka taste was strong but not overpowering. Definitely making this again.
