    The night before school, cook the pasta following pack instructions and run under cold water to cool quickly. Mix in the bacon, spinach, tomatoes, crème fraîche and mustard, and season with a little salt. Spoon into an airtight container and keep overnight in the fridge.

This is a super good meal. Might want to have a bit more quantity though. You can have it cold or hot as well

what can i replace the crème fraîche with?

So I’m not in the age bracket ha but I made this for myself. It’s ok for a very light lunch. Nothing to write home about but it fills the gap when you’re hungry. I haven’t tested this on a child so maybe it would be more appealing to them.
