  • step 1

    Drain and rinse beans. Tip into a food processor with feta, lemon juice and garlic, and whizz until smooth. Add dill, mint or chives, and season with pepper.

Yummy, it was quite thick. Might be worth retaining a little of the juice from the beans and adding to loosen it up

Really easy to make. I used dill and the flavour was lovely. The texture was quite thick though. Everyone really enjoyed it. Will make again & try chives next time.
