Ingredients

Base:

  • 100g Digestive Biscuits
  • 60g Butter

Filling:

  • 50g Butter
  • 100ml Double Cream
  • 200g Chocolate
  • Top With Whipped Cream & Sprinkle With Grated Chocolate!

Method

  • STEP 1
    Crush Biscuits.
  • STEP 2
    Melt 60g Butter & Add Crushed Biscuits.
  • STEP 3
    Put Mixture Into Serving Dish & Press Down.
  • STEP 4
    Put In Fridge To Set.
  • STEP 5
    In A Saucepan:
  • STEP 6
    Melt 50g Butter - When Butter Is ALMOST Melted Add The Cream & Remove From Heat.
  • STEP 7
    Stir In Chunks Of The Chocolate. Mix Until Ingredients Are Combined & All Chocolate Is Melted.
  • STEP 8
    Pour Over Set Biscuit Base & Return To Fridge Until Set.
