If you're catering for vegans at a party, make these easy carrot canapés that everyone will love. Top with a sprig of dill and a vegetable crisp to impress
Combine the soft cheese, half the chives, the horseradish, smoked trout, lemon zest and juice and some seasoning, being careful not to overmix – it shouldn’t be a paste.
Spoon into a bowl, then sprinkle over the remaining chives and serve with salted crisps.
